Why Bold Unit Digital exists and who it was built for.
The gap nobody was filling.
Every year, thousands of Filipinos decide they want to start a business. They have an idea, some savings, and genuine motivation. What most of them do not have is a clear picture of what actually needs to happen next.
The internet offers fragments. A blog post here about DTI registration. A YouTube video there about BIR forms. A Facebook comment thread debating whether to incorporate or go sole proprietor. None of it connects. None of it tells you what order to do things in, or what you will actually encounter when you walk into a government office.
Professional services — lawyers, accountants, business consultants — fill part of this gap. But they are expensive, and many first-time founders are not yet at the stage where they need professional advice. They need education first. They need to understand the landscape before they can make decisions about it.
Bold Unit Digital was created to be that education. Plain language. Logical sequence. Philippines-specific content. Nothing more, nothing less.

Philippine business registration is not the same as business registration anywhere else. The agencies are different. The forms are different. The sequence is different. We do the work of keeping our content current and accurate for the Philippine context.

We are based in Baguio City, in the Cordillera Administrative Region. This matters because our team has direct experience navigating Philippine government processes — not reading about them, but actually doing them.
Our content creators have backgrounds in business operations, financial administration, and adult education. Every module is reviewed for accuracy against current Philippine regulations before publication, and updated when those regulations change.
